Shipping & return policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
To preserve the integrity of our product, we only ship in the cooler months -- mid-October through late March. Please don't ask us to ship your wine when temperatures go above 75 degrees.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING:
Sadly, due to the seriously low quality of the two famous shipping services, and due to the fact that one out of three deliveries actually arrive in one piece, please note the following disclaimer:
**We have pretty much stopped shipping completely -- we can ship; however, if we do, you agree that it's all on you. That is, we will not be responsible for any damage caused by the shipper, and we will not issue any refunds for shipped wines.
