I'm thrilled to announce a new partnership between the AWM and Piéton Market Tours, and we're kicking things off with this inaugural visit to the South of France. Together, we're crafting immersive food and wine experiences that celebrate local producers, seasonal ingredients, and the kind of hospitality you only find off the tourist trail.

Each morning begins in a different village market, guided by our local guest chef. We'll scope out what's fresh, chat with vendors, and gather the best produce, fish, and meats of the day. Lunch is at a neighborhood spot locals actually frequent—no tourist menus here. Afternoons take us to independent wineries, Roman ruins, olive oil producers, and medieval castles. Evenings are for aperitifs and relaxed dinners back at the Mas, shaped by the day's market finds.

This eight-day experience is designed for travelers who want to get off the beaten path and into the rhythm of French village life. Think Roman roots, Provençal pacing, and a landscape stitched with vines, olive trees, and the wildly aromatic garrigue.
