We're thrilled to partner with our friend and neighbor, Chef Adam Thome of 67 Biltmore, to offer you an immersive dining experience. Our monthly wine dinners are held right here in the shop, and each evening is a celebration of our Western North Carolina wine community.

Chef Adam is a master at riffing on world-class cuisine while featuring locally sourced ingredients. We'll carefully hand-select the perfect wines to complement every culinary creation. It's a local-global inspired dialogue between plate and glass, and we'd love for you to join the conversation.
